Amazingly kind staff, absolutely perfect location, good bed. My double room was compact & welcoming. Enjoyed the exceptional meals and varied breakfast. Loved Robin Hood's Bay, the hotel was LUXURY.

Top location, spent my time really good. Superb bar and obliging staff. Lovely view, a great balcony, spacious bed, too. Restaurant was pleasant with amazing service and outstanding food.

I enjoyed this special hotel. Brilliant location in the beautiful area. Very welcoming staff, fast check-in. Also, it had parking onsite.

Quite comfortable stay in the local area. The place was fairly clean and staff was very obliging! I liked perfect decor of the deluxe room. Absolutely superb breakfast with lots of choice.

Facilities were adequate, even so wi-fi was very poor.

Our deluxe king room was equipped with a flat-screen television, a seating area and ironing facilities. In addition, free Wi Fi was available there.

it deserves its 4 stars. everything was good, breakfast was excellent. staff were competent, had a great attitude. it's a short walk to the flask inn restaurant with nice drinks and cocktails.
